A nutritional therapist’s basic goal is to encourage people to become knowledgeable about and responsible for their own health, and to bring it to a personal optimum level. Nutritional therapy is designed to improve your health, but is not designed to treat any specific disease or medical condition. Reaching the goal of optimum health, absent other non-nutritional complicating factors, requires a sincere commitment from you, possible lifestyle changes, and a positive attitude.
A nutritional therapist is trained to evaluate your nutritional needs and make recommendations of dietary change and nutritional supplements. A nutritional therapist is not trained to provide medical diagnoses, and no comment or recommendation should be construed as being a medical diagnosis. Since every human being is unique, we cannot guarantee any specific result from our programs.
You understand that a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is not a doctor. The role of a nutritional therapy practitioner is not to provide health care or medical services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, a nutritional therapy practitioner is a mentor and guide who has been trained in nutritional therapy to help clients reach their own health goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.
You understand that Jessica Biber and Taste of Health are not acting in the capacity of a doctor, registered dietitian, clinical psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If you are under the care of a healthcare professional or currently uses prescription medications, you should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with your doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting your doctor. You have chosen to work with Taste of Health and understand that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.

Nutritional therapists are not licensed or certified by any state. A license to practice nutritional therapy is not required in some states. Laws and regulations regarding certification and licensure requirements differ from state to state.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases of courses, products, and programs. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof (as detailed below) that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you.
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you, within 14 days of enrollment, contact email@example.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59 PST. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
You agree to make every attempt to request a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all of our bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of our course or product. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
You have the unilateral right to terminate your use and access to any of our course(s). Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate this process. Termination will not excuse you of further payment. Upon confirmation of your termination, any and all outstanding balances will become immediately due and payable. Any existing balance that remains after 14 days from the date of termination will be sent to a collections agency, and you agree to be responsible for any additional charges, fees or costs associated with such a collection effort, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
