Ook so around this time of year, salad just doesn’t cut it for me. Anyone else? I crave dinners that are warming from the inside out. BUT I don’t magically run into a lot of extra time, either. 😉 So meals like this check all the boxes.

EASY BEEF AND BROCCOLI RECIPE
1 bag broccoli florets
1 T. ghee
1 lb. grass-fed beef
Coconut aminos, sea salt and pepper to taste
1. In skillet over medium heat, sauté broccoli in ghee until tender.
2. Meanwhile in another skillet, cook beef 5 minutes each side.
3. Slice beef into bite-size pieces and toss with broccoli.
4. Drizzle with coconut aminos, sea salt and pepper.
You can even put this recipe over rice or cauliflower rice if you so desire. If so, I would make a batch at the start of the week and then just heat it up as leftovers so it’s super easy throughout the week. But it’s tasty enough to stand on its own, and that’s how I make it most often!
